You have the option of adjusting the resistance level yourself with the help of a touch button alternatively you can let the computer adjust the resistance automatically as per the program. They include one Manual Settings, 4 Heart Rate Controls which are at 90%, 75%, 55% and the Target Heart Rate, one user Setting and 12 Pre-set Programs.
